Please note, whenever you are experiencing slow connection issues:
- Connection issues may originate from different parts of technology -- it could be our network, a website, Internet outage or your device connection.
As a quick resolution you can try turning your WiFi off and on from the top bar icon (often helps if the issue is with a device connection):
If the problem remains, before reporting the issue please gather details of an incident following these steps:
- Open this page 10.128.128.126 and click Run speed test button. When it is finished, take a screenshot of the entire page and include it in your Tech ticket.
- Optionally, run speed test on this link, https://www.google.com/
search?q=speed+test and also take a screenshot of the results and include it in your Tech ticket. - Annotate the day and exact time you are experiencing slow connection.
- Add details of which website you were on when you experienced slow or interrupted connection.
